The Fellowes Intellishred SB-83I is a strip-cut A4 size paper shredder with extended run time capable of shredding 15 sheets at a time. This shredder is suitable for small businesses where the number of users would not be more than 5. The size of the shredded pieces is 5.8mm. It comes with a 100% Jam Proof system to prevent the excess entry of papers. If the number of papers entered exceeds the shredder capacity the shredder stops and reverses. Its SafeSense technology prevents the shredder from shredding if it comes in contact with the hand or fingers of the person inserting the papers into the shredder. The SB-83i not only shreds papers but also pins, clips, CDs, credit cards etc. The product has a 20minutes run time. The unique SilentShred feature minimizes noise in workplaces.
The Fellowes Intellishred SB-83I has an auto start and a reverse tool for convenience. Its ribbon cut provides everyday security shredding paper into unreadable strips. The shredder has a paper storage bag of 28 liters. This bag can be easily detached and emptied. There is a 2 year warranty on the whole product and a 7 year warranty on the cutter.
