The Rexel ProStyle Confetti Cut Shredder is designed for occasional use at home. It offers a very high security shredding. It has a sheet capacity of 11 sheets of paper which it can shred into 4 x 35mm pieces. Confetti cut shredders, also known as cross cut shredders, are capable of first cutting the paper lengthwise and then the strip wise at regular intervals. The greater the level of security required the shorter is the length of the cross cut. Shredders that offer a higher security level cut even smaller. The Rexel ProStyle comes with a stylish black and white design.
It features a 230mm throat. The throat is that part of the shredder where papers are fed for shredding. The shredder also comes with a safety lock, which puts the shredder in an off mode and prevents accidental activation. It also possesses a 20 liter bin that is capable of holding 200 sheets. It has a ‘bin full’ indicator that issues an alarm when the bin is full. Its auto start and reverse feature makes its operation hassle-free. Apart from paper the shredder is also capable of shredding credit cards, staples, CDs and likes.
