The Swordfish 1100XCD is a cross-cut shredder that shreds up to 10 sheets at a time. Cross-cut shredders are capable of shredding papers vertically and horizontally into confetti-like pieces. These cut pieces compress very well and hence do not require frequent emptying. This shredder is capable of shredding A4 size papers and is hence ideal for heavy use in home offices. It also strip-cuts CDs and DVDs into four pieces. It has a stylish computer shaped design that comes with an attractive and stylish exterior and a tough interior. It comes with an infra-red start/stop control. Its reverse function is for clearing jams or clogs that may occur due to excessive paper entry. It also has rolling castors to facilitate easy mobility.
For waste collection it is provided with a 15litres slide-out waste bin that can hold up to 115 sheets approximately.
